The Foundation pursues public utility objectives and is non-profit. The Foundation aims to safeguard, enhance and promote cultural, artistic and historical heritage in Switzerland and abroad, with particular attention to the conservation, restoration, study and dissemination of material and immaterial cultural assets. To this end, the Foundation may: - support and promote restoration and conservation interventions of works of art, historic buildings, artisanal artifacts, archives, libraries, collections and other cultural assets; - finance, organize or co-organize publications, catalogs, scientific research, historical studies and documentaries aimed at deepening knowledge of cultural and artistic heritage; - carry out, promote and support cultural dissemination activities, including conferences, conferences, exhibitions, screenings, educational activities and multimedia projects aimed at a wide and diverse audience; - collaborate with public bodies, museums, universities, research institutes, foundations, associations and other institutions with similar purposes; - acquire, manage, restore and enhance cultural assets or real estate of historical-artistic value, in accordance with the statutory purposes. In order to guarantee the pursuit of its purpose, the Foundation may carry out one or more ancillary commercial activities related to the purpose itself.
