The operation of a business for the sale, rental, and repair of all kinds of household and sanitary appliances, both in import and export. The company may: - engage in any financial, commercial, or industrial activity, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; - open branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; - participate in any enterprises directly or indirectly related to its purpose, and - carry out financing operations, grant loans to third parties as well as to companies in the group and to the direct or indirect shareholders of the company, and provide securities of all kinds for its own commitments or for the commitments of the aforementioned companies vis-à-vis third parties, including pledges, transfers of securities, and guarantees, even if these loans or securities are exclusively in the interest of the aforementioned companies and are granted without the company receiving any remuneration in return, provided that any gratuitous alienation (i.e. other than dividends and liquidation or from a freely available reserve) is prohibited. Furthermore, it may conclude cash pooling agreements with other companies in the group. The company may carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable, and immovable operations directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, and take participations in other companies with an analogous or related purpose to its own.
