Automobil Club der Schweiz, Sektion St. Gallen / Appenzell

The association is a section of the Automobile Club of Switzerland, ACS. The purpose of the association is to safeguard and protect the rights and interests of its members in road traffic, as well as to bring together motorists to safeguard their interests in traffic policy, economic, tourism, sports, social and all other aspects related to motoring, such as consumer and environmental protection. It advocates for road safety and traffic education. To protect the rights and interests of its members, the association may, within the scope of its purpose, lodge objections, complaints or other legal remedies of a public or private nature and conduct the associated legal proceedings, either alone or jointly with other organizations.
