The company intends to acquire permanent and self-standing surface rights which will be established by the Canton of Ticino on plot no. 1764 and by the Cathedral Chapter on plot no. 1020 in favour of the company for a period of 50 years, with the right and obligation to build, maintain and manage an underground car park on the land. In return, the company will assign 18 parking spaces.
