With the aim of enabling its members to share the benefits and take advantage of the economy that may result from the company's activities and/or assets, its purpose is to acquire, sell, manage and administer real estate located outside of Switzerland, as well as any other activity aimed at pursuing the social purpose. The company also has the purpose of making the company's properties available to its members, in whole or in part, at cost price, with the variable costs related to the assets made available to them, to be paid directly or reimbursed to the company.
