The company's purpose, excluding any real estate transactions in Switzerland that fall under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), is: the planning and execution of any real estate project, in particular as a general contractor or total entrepreneur for the account of third parties or for its own account; the execution of any engineering mission in the field of construction and infrastructure aimed at establishing projects; all services related to real estate activity; the participation of the company, by all means, directly or indirectly, in all operations for commercial purposes that can be related to its purpose by way of creation of new companies, contribution, subscription or purchase of securities or social rights, merger, or otherwise, creation, acquisition, rental; the taking, acquisition, exploitation or transfer of all processes and patents concerning these activities. In general, the company may carry out all operations, of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or to any other similar or related purposes, except for all operations subject to the LFAIE.
