To provide support, advice and assistance to seniors, people with physical and/or mental disabilities, as well as those suffering from serious illnesses, in particular through the creation and management of a Legal Aid Office; to improve the legal protection and security of seniors and people with physical and/or mental disabilities, in particular by executing protection mandates within the meaning of Title Ten of the Swiss Civil Code and contributing to the execution of protection mandates within the meaning of Title Eleven of the Swiss Civil Code by bringing together lawyers, notaries, social workers, psychologists and other persons who may be appointed as curators within the meaning of Article 400 of the Swiss Civil Code; to defend the interests of its members before the authorities; to promote intergenerational exchanges by organizing various activities and events that bring together people from different backgrounds. The association is neutral in both political and denominational terms.
