The management of biomass, the extraction of phosphorus, the trade and utilization of waste of all kinds, the import, export and transit trade in goods of all kinds, as well as the financing of such businesses. The company may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, conduct all real estate transactions, acquire, manage or finance participations in other companies and do everything that is directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose or can serve it.
