In Switzerland and abroad, to promote and provide training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care, to develop first aid strategies, particularly in organizations, as well as the purchase, sale, import and export of medical equipment. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its members and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its members.
