all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of properties within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate in Switzerland by Foreigners, all real estate development, monitoring of real estate projects, management and rental of properties; the company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - establish branches or subsidiaries, - participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, commissioner or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, - grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, provide loan guarantees for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
