The purpose of the company is: all consulting operations, brokerage of movable or immovable property, organization of public relations events, as well as the provision of all legal services, giving lectures, providing services and advice of all kinds to clients in Switzerland and abroad. The company also aims to acquire, purchase, sell, import/export, market, rent and intermediate all types of movable or immovable property, administer and manage participations in all companies or enterprises, directly or indirectly, in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). It may carry out all operations related to this activity as well as all operations that may favor the purpose and interest of the company. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with similar purposes, merge with such companies and conclude all contracts that may develop or achieve its purpose or relate to it directly or indirectly.
