The purpose of the company is to provide financial services, in particular in the areas of risk management, consulting, hedging and investment strategies on behalf of clients, for natural and legal persons. Activities that require a license from FINMA in the sense of FINIG are explicitly excluded. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in or acquire other or similar companies in Switzerland and abroad, take over representations in its own name or on behalf of third parties, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad.
