The Company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, administration, management, financing and disposal of Swiss and foreign corporate participations in the financial, industrial, commercial and real estate sectors, as well as the management of the related income. The Company may administer, manage and invest in luxury goods and services. The Company may grant credits and/or other forms of financing to third parties or companies in which it participates directly or indirectly, as well as to shareholders or companies in which they participate directly or indirectly, directly or indirectly, with or without compensation. The Company may also provide guarantees or collateral to secure its obligations or the obligations of the aforementioned entities, including through the granting of pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers and guarantees of all kinds, with or without compensation. Such financing and guarantees may also be granted if they are in the exclusive interest of third parties, or companies directly or indirectly participated by the Company, as well as their direct or indirect shareholders, or companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation. The Company may participate in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out any commercial, financial or other activity, directly or indirectly related to the Company's purpose.
