The Company may also provide guarantees or collateral to secure its obligations or the obligations of the aforementioned entities, also by granting pledges, assignments, transfers by way of security and guarantees of all kinds, with or without compensation. Such financing and guarantees may also be granted if solely in the interest of third parties, or companies directly or indirectly participated by the Company, as well as their direct or indirect shareholders, or companies in which they hold a direct or indirect participation. The Company may participate in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, and carry out any commercial, financial or other activity, directly or indirectly related to the Company's purpose.
