to contribute to the development of the blind or visually impaired person, as a whole, on physical, emotional and mental levels; to enable access to dance practice, and through dance, to promote knowledge of the body, its functioning and potential, the body being fundamental for movement and integration into social space; to offer expression and development of deep vision through dance, painting and visual arts, and any other form of artistic practice that promotes this development; to facilitate exchanges between sighted and blind people to avoid their isolation; to organize activities and events aimed at raising public awareness of the problems faced by blind people, but also of their ideas, proposals and creative potential.
