The company may carry out financing operations, grant loans, provide guarantees, bonds, or securities to shareholders, group companies, or third parties, provided that these operations serve the interests of the company and comply with applicable legislation. Finally, the company may engage in all commercial, financial, movable, or immovable activities, conclude all contracts, and undertake all operations that directly or indirectly promote its purpose or are related thereto.
