The purpose of the company is to identify, realize and market vacation homes and other solutions for vacations, travel and property ownership. The company may acquire, hold, encumber and sell only foreign real estate for this purpose. It may not acquire or trade in real estate that falls under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may establish subsidiaries and branches and participate in other companies, except for participations in companies that engage in activities that fall under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). The company may acquire, hold, encumber and sell intellectual property rights and perform all activities that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose. The company may grant loans and other forms of direct or indirect financing to third parties or companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, its direct and indirect shareholders, as well as companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved, and provide securities and guarantees of all kinds (in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges, global assignments, security transfers/assignments and indemnifications) for the obligations of these persons, whether for consideration or not. The company may also provide such financing, securities or guarantees if they are made in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which the company is directly or indirectly involved, as well as its direct or indirect shareholders and companies in which these shareholders are directly or indirectly involved.
