The company's purpose is to acquire, hold and dispose of participations in any companies or commercial, industrial, financial and real estate enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out any commercial and financial activity and perform all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to group companies or third parties, as well as provide guarantees or securities of any kind for the direct or indirect benefit of group companies or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets.
