The company's purpose includes all activities in the real estate sector (excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law of December 16, 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE)), namely: the purchase, sale, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, leasing, management, enhancement, and brokerage of real estate, both for its own account and for third parties; the acquisition, holding, operation, and disposal of interests in any companies or corporations active in the real estate sector or in connection therewith; the provision of advisory, planning, and project coordination services in the real estate sector, as well as any services related to real estate management or development; the management of real estate portfolios, the development of land projects, as well as the planning and marketing of properties and land. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, or securities transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, create branches in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies pursuing a similar or related purpose. The company may grant loans and/or guarantees to its partners and/or to third parties, as well as act as a guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and/or third parties, if this is in its interest.
