The association sees itself as a self-help organization for people with limited access to the labor market in the Basel region and aims to support these individuals in their social and economic integration. It provides assistance in finding housing and jobs, debt counseling, as well as personal problems; offering and mediating job, internship and training positions; supporting and promoting self-responsibility and self-initiative; advising and accompanying individuals with personal and/or family problems; establishing contacts and cooperating with official and private institutions that pursue similar or identical goals or finance them; providing financial support in crisis situations and/or for achieving professional independence.
