The company's purpose is to operate a general masonry, construction and demolition business, in the form of a general or total contractor. It may engage in real estate development activities by studying and executing construction projects, alone or with third parties, for resale or not, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as all operations and commercial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial operations, movable or immovable, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests. It may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar businesses, conduct all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly. Furthermore, it may acquire, operate and dispose of real estate, both in Switzerland and abroad, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
