The company's purpose is the acquisition, development, construction, operation, sale and management of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, as well as the import/export of building materials. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad, create branches and subsidiaries; participate in other companies, acquire or create other companies that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out, in general, all financial, commercial and real estate transactions that promote its development and are directly or indirectly related to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as agent, representative, commissioner or have them carried out for itself by third parties; grant loans to shareholders or third parties, award leases, guarantee loans from shareholders or third parties, secure its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial obligation.
