The company's purpose is to provide financial and legal advice both in Switzerland and abroad, particularly in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions; to invest in all financial, commercial and real estate companies and to acquire, sell, hold, administer, manage and control all participations, both in Switzerland and abroad, in all financial, commercial and real estate companies, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. As a secondary purpose, the company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, and in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; carry out these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, and guarantee its loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
