The company's purpose is all activities related to the construction industry, in particular masonry, electrical work, supply and installation of natural stone or tiles, plastering and painting, renovation and transformation of buildings; it is also active in all real estate transactions as well as the management and rental of buildings; it may acquire, hold, build, transform, rent, manage, dispose of buildings and participate in all real estate transactions; it may handle these transactions for itself or on behalf of a third party, as a representative, agent or commissioner, or have them executed for its own account by third parties; it may constitute real estate mortgages for itself or for third parties (for complete purpose see articles of association).
