The acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies or enterprises, private equity and the management of its own assets. With regard to participations in real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use. The company may: carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) transactions, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, associates or third parties; borrow from its associates or third parties.
