The Company may establish subsidiaries and controlled companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire, hold and dispose of shares and interests in other companies and may carry out all commercial, financial and other activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The Company may acquire, encumber and dispose of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, to the extent permitted by law. The Company may provide financing, including loans, guarantees and other forms of security, to direct or indirect shareholders, affiliates and third parties.
