The company's purpose is to engage in all activities in the field of construction, in particular consulting. It may also carry out all real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad, such as consulting, purchasing, building, renting, transforming, renovating, selling and managing properties, real estate development and all real estate projects in the form of general or total enterprise, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act of 16 December 1983 on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect connection with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad, have subsidiaries or establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, and it may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties.
