The Bank carries out, through a joint action according to the cooperative idea of Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, any type of banking operation. Furthermore, it may carry out additional consulting, financial and service activities. The activity is carried out within the framework of the internal regulations of the Raiffeisen Banks, issued by Raiffeisen Switzerland cooperative society (hereinafter referred to as Raiffeisen Switzerland), and must comply with the financial, personal, organizational and specific premises. To the extent necessary for its activity, within the framework of the internal regulations of the Raiffeisen Banks, the Bank may: a. manage its own agencies, establish affiliated companies and participate in all institutions and companies of the Raiffeisen Group as well as in other companies; b. acquire, build and transform real estate, acquire real estate in the context of enforcement proceedings or to avoid a forced sale, sell real estate as well as establish and cancel rights and encumbrances of any kind in the land register in relation to real estate.
