The purpose of the company is: to buy, sell and broker gold and other precious metals in the Swiss domestic market and internationally; to import and export precious metals, as well as to handle customs clearance, insurance, and logistics security for such shipments; to manage a non-bank storage facility for the storage, custody, and segregation of clients' precious metal holdings, including inventory management and audit services; to provide armored transport and courier solutions for high-value cargo throughout Switzerland and abroad, in collaboration with authorized security partners; to offer refining, assaying, and certification services through qualified third-party laboratories; to provide support in hedging, pricing, and market making to clients, along with advisory services on precious metals investments, compliance with Swiss AML/KYC requirements, and general risk management; to develop and maintain digital platforms (including blockchain-based solutions) for tracking, tokenization, or other means of facilitating the traceability and custody of precious metals. The company may also engage in activities related to granting loans, guarantees (including mortgages), endorsements, and bonds, both for itself and for third parties, excluding, however, the exercise of banking and insurance activities. The company may also buy, sell, distribute, manage, receive, and license technologies, technical know-how, patents, trademarks, licenses, and intellectual property rights in sectors related to the company's purpose, as well as act as a representative. The company may also directly or indirectly acquire interests and participations in other industrial, commercial, financial, and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in sectors related to the company's purpose or in other sectors, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also buy, enhance, encumber, manage, administer, and sell real estate in Switzerland and abroad, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises with headquarters and/or activities in Switzerland and abroad, in compliance with current regulations, with particular reference to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LAFE).
