Furthermore, it can offer other services in the areas of consulting, finance and services. The commercial activity is exercised within the framework of the Raiffeisen Banks' Management Regulation adopted by Raiffeisen Switzerland cooperative society (hereinafter Raiffeisen Switzerland) and must comply with the financial conditions, staff qualifications and organizational measures. In accordance with the Raiffeisen Banks' Management Regulation, the Bank may, to the extent that it is useful for its commercial activity: a. operate its own branches, establish subsidiaries, participate in all companies and societies of the Raiffeisen Group, as well as in other companies; b. acquire, build and modify buildings, acquire buildings in the context of a forced sale or acquire buildings in order to avoid an auction, sell buildings, as well as establish and cancel all property rights and charges related to buildings.
