The development, manufacture and marketing of solutions for the purification, filtration and treatment of air and water; the acquisition of financial interests, except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE; the acquisition, ownership, use and development of patents and licenses; consulting and training in the field of environmental sanitation solutions. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in identical or similar companies and engage in any other commercial activities that are conducive to the purpose of the Company. Furthermore, the company may acquire, build, encumber, hold, manage and sell real estate. The company may at any time change its purpose by decision of the general meeting of shareholders, which must represent at least two-thirds of the votes and the absolute majority of the nominal value of the shares represented, and by amending the articles of association accordingly.
