The purpose of the company is: all consulting services in the field of business management and continuing education; provision of advice on credits and mortgages as well as all brokerage services in the field of credit contracts and other financial services, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and take an interest, in any form, in similar companies, in particular by acquiring participations in similar companies. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Finally, it may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves its interests.
