A) Music publishing with in-house printing or through third parties, distribution and wholesale and/or retail sales, also with telematic dissemination and digital media; B) General publishing of books, newspapers (excluding dailies), magazines, brochures, attachments, compendiums, and notebooks with a predominantly musical character, with in-house distribution and/or through other channels, wholesale and/or retail sales; C) Production of phonographic products with in-house production or through third parties, including digital and/or multimedia supports of all types, with the labels Baradello, Cronos, Infinity, Evergreen, Nowo, Nowo Classic, C+D, Ibis, and others that may be created subsequently. Distribution and sales of supports may take place in-house or through any other channel deemed suitable; D) Wholesale and/or retail sales, also on behalf of third parties, of phonographic products; E) The creation, in-house or through third parties, for own production or on behalf of third parties, of music, musical backgrounds, soundtracks for radio and/or television commercials, songs, and soundtracks; F) The activity of audio and video recording studios, in-house and/or through third parties, for own production or on behalf of third parties; G) The dissemination, through any means, to musicians, composers, and singers worldwide of the Armodue musical system; H) The design, production, and wholesale and/or retail sales of musical instruments, in-house and/or through third parties, using the same denominations reported in point C; all this also in collaboration and partnership with third-party companies deemed, from time to time, most suitable for achieving corporate objectives; I) The granting of use or sale of patents, inventions, and know-how related to the Armodue musical system to external organizations; J) The creation of seminars, workshops, conferences, study groups, and courses in general with a purely musical character, also at music conservatories and schools of music, in-house and/or with the aid of external organizations; K) The organization of shows, concerts, events, conferences, congresses, and exhibitions; L) The design, production, and retail and/or wholesale marketing of artistic products, including paintings, prints, paintings, sculptures, and multimedia products; M) The design, production, assembly, and wholesale and/or retail sales of electrical/electronic machines, including the software necessary for their operation and implementation; N) Advertising agency activities, with in-house and/or third-party space sales; O) Advertising graphics, web design, multimedia design, integrated communication, and marketing; P) Advertising network activities with consequent sales of advertising spaces; Q) Theatrical and show agency activities; T) The company may acquire or accept licenses for use of industrial patents, know-how, and intellectual, industrial, and commercial property rights in general; U) The company may engage in the purchase of its own real estate assets.
