The company may own and exploit all material and immaterial rights, including but not limited to licenses, patents, intellectual property rights, trademarks, regardless of whether they were developed by the company and its research team or not. The company may acquire, hold and manage participations and assets in all economic enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, in particular but not limited to commercial, financial and medical companies, with the exception of real estate companies based in Switzerland. The company may finance or have projects financed, take out or grant loans, with or without guarantee or security. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad.
