The company's purpose is to acquire financial participations in any Swiss or foreign group, company or enterprise, existing or to be created, and to do so by all means, in particular by way of contribution, subscription or purchase of shares, social shares, merger or grouping, as well as the management of these participations, the coordination of these subsidiaries and participations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its business or related thereto, directly or indirectly, both in Switzerland and abroad.
