The company's purpose is the acquisition, sale, administration and management of participations in all commercial, financial, real estate or industrial enterprises in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the conclusion of all contracts and the implementation of all operations intended to develop and expand its activities, with the exception of any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also: carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Money Laundering (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of any operation subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); create branches or subsidiaries; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, and subscribe to any other financial commitment.
