Basler Stiftung für klassische Archäologie

As a non-profit foundation, the Basel Foundation for Classical Archaeology aims to promote and disseminate classical archaeology in Basel and its surroundings. The foundation works closely with the Archaeological Club Basel. The foundation's funds can be used in particular for the following purposes: contributions to students, doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers in classical archaeology for study stays abroad, publication costs and the like; contributions to the costs of attending congresses; contributions to excavation campaigns and their evaluation; excursions for students of classical archaeology. The foundation board makes the final decision on the allocation of contributions.
