The purpose of the company is to carry out mandates for the management of construction projects and to perform all types of construction, civil engineering, rural engineering and public works. The company may also prepare calculations and bids, all offers and invoices in the field of rough construction and finishing work, as well as rent construction equipment and site machinery. The company also aims to bring business to any other company active in the construction and civil engineering sector. More broadly, the company may carry out all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of the LBA), whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the purpose described above and likely to promote the company's interests.
