The company's purpose is: - to carry out all work related to the finishing trade, such as tiling, plastering, painting, partitioning, flooring, and carpentry; - to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, in particular the purchase and sale of land and/or buildings, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, exploitation, rental, management, administration, and brokerage of properties, on behalf of third parties or for its own account, in Switzerland and abroad (excluding all real estate transactions prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE)). In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable, and immovable transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
