The company's purpose is the acquisition, holding, management and sale of participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the specification that the company may only hold participations in Switzerland in companies holding real estate serving as permanent establishments or holding shares in companies holding such real estate, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also carry out any other activity having a direct or indirect connection with these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
