The company's purpose is to sustainably cover the need for housing at affordable financial conditions for all segments of the population, particularly low-income households, through the acquisition, development, construction, rental and management of such housing on land acquired by it or on which it has obtained a long-term superficies right, taking into account the criteria of sustainable development. To achieve its purpose, it may create branches, participate in other companies, acquire all buildings or real estate companies within the framework of its activity, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, subject to the operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE) and by these Articles of Association.
