In mutual self-help and co-responsibility, to provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing for its members. The cooperative aims to offer housing, in particular, to employees of SBB, Post, Swisscom, Customs, and the general federal administration. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by profit. It can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical objectives.
