The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing and to build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. It strives to offer housing to all segments of the population, particularly families, people with disabilities, and the elderly. In particular, it aims to promote housing construction in accordance with federal housing promotion policies and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations. In all its activities, the cooperative seeks to commission local businesses with the execution of work. Local businesses that are members of the cooperative are given preference whenever possible. The cooperative can acquire and sell plots of land or building rights, build, acquire, manage, or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is permitted. The cooperative can acquire, sell, or participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical objectives.
