Procurement of affordable housing and construction and acquisition of residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. Affordable housing construction in the sense of the federal Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG) and promotion of corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. Construction and operation of the Baumgarten retirement apartments, for which it acquires a building plot from the municipality of Bettlach. The cooperative may acquire or sell additional plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses.
