The cooperative's purpose is to acquire suitable building land in ownership or by building rights, to construct, acquire and rent out residential buildings and senior citizens' homes, including ancillary premises such as garages, storage spaces, studios, shops and the like to its members at favorable conditions. The cooperative may conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose or appears to promote it. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not aimed at making a profit.
