The cooperative aims to achieve this purpose by acquiring building land and building rights; building and acquiring single-family and multi-family homes that meet modern cooperative housing needs; careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renovation of existing buildings; construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner or a good mix of tenants can no longer be achieved; management and rental of the premises on a cost-rent basis. The cooperative's activity is non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives. The cooperative is politically and denominationally neutral.
