The cooperative aims to provide affordable housing and to build and acquire residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. In particular, it pursues the purpose of promoting affordable housing in the sense of the Federal Housing Promotion Act (WFG) and corresponding cantonal or communal ordinances. The cooperative may acquire or sell plots of land or real estate companies, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. The sale of plots of land or parts thereof is also permitted. In this case, the members of the cooperative are given the opportunity to acquire property or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses, before anyone else.
