1. The purpose of the cooperative is primarily the management and maintenance of the building rights acquired in Ullisrain-Weisslingen, parcel no. 2170 with 8426 m2, including the utilization of parcel no. 2169 with 765 m2, totaling 9191 m2 with seven already constructed multi-family houses. 2. The cooperative also promotes the procurement of affordable housing in the sense of federal housing promotion as well as corresponding cantonal and communal ordinances. 3. The cooperative can acquire or sell properties, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. 4. In the event of a sale, members of the cooperative shall be given the opportunity to acquire land or apartments at the production costs, taking into account all costs and expenses.
