The cooperative aims to provide its members with housing, maintain and renovate it as needed, and manage it through mutual self-help. The cooperative builds, buys, rents or leases properties. The cooperative can participate in other companies with the same or similar purposes. It can acquire, sell, demolish and rebuild plots of land as property or under building rights, and finance them through the acquisition of external capital. Speculative intentions of any kind are excluded. The cooperative offers housing at a price-performance ratio that is not profit-oriented, but guarantees the sustainable continuation of the cooperative. The cooperative manages the properties using ecological and environmentally friendly technologies in the interest of its members and the environment. The cooperative promotes social competence, solidarity and cohesion among its members and expects the same from them. The cooperative's properties, houses and apartments are fundamentally non-transferable.
