The cooperative aims to provide and maintain good and affordable housing for its members through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It promotes community living in the sense of societal responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can offer spaces for business services in its buildings. It seeks to achieve this purpose through: a) Acquisition of building land and building rights; b) Construction and acquisition of single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative housing needs; c) Careful and ongoing maintenance and periodic renewal of existing buildings; d) Construction of replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renewed in an economically viable manner; e) Utilization of promotional instruments according to the federal housing promotion law or corresponding cantonal and municipal laws; f) Management and rental of apartments based on cost rent; g) Creation of apartments and single-family homes for sale in condominium ownership or building rights; h) Promotion of cooperative activities in the settlements; i) Ideological and material support for efforts aimed at affordable and good housing. The activity of the cooperative is non-profit and not profit-driven. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives.
